My husband and I aren’t really fans of most realtors. We were actually going to try navigating the real estate market without one until we met Evelyn. What we liked most about her is that she’s not pushy. She is knowledgeable about the market and pointed out things about the properties we wouldn’t have considered. But, did it in a way that didn’t try to sway us in one direction or another. She consistently took the feedback we gave her about properties we viewed and tweaked her search to fit what we were looking for. We got updated listings fairly regularly. Whenever we had questions about a property, she had the information back to us within hours. Any time we wanted to look at something, she was available within a day or two which we really appreciated with our hectic schedules. When we finally found the place we wanted, she was very helpful in explaining the inspection/closing process. The whole ordeal took roughly 3.5 weeks to getting our keys. We would definitely recommend her services.
