I cannot say enough positive things about Danielle. We had a wonderful experience working with her to buy and sell our last home. She was extremely patient with us as we narrowed down our home search to the perfect Lake Mary neighborhood. With her advice we found the best house for us at a great price. Unfortunately, after only two years we were forced to relocate out of state for work. Danielle helped us quickly get our house on the market (in the middle of a pandemic). Our house was under contract in one day and we made a nice profit! I could not ask for a better scenario. None of this would be possible without Danielle’s expertise and hard work, she is truly the best.

I can't say enough good things about my home buying experience with Jeremy Wood! I worked with Danielle to find a new home when I moved down to the Orlando area. I needed to find a home quickly since I would be moving down soon to start a new job. Daniel efficiently showed my wife and I many homes over a weekend and was able to find some open houses over the short notice that we provided. One of the best parts was that she was very familiar with the areas and was able to tell what she liked about each area we visitied. That helped determine the best place to be for my wife and I. My fiancé and I needed to list our home and sell it quickly as we decided to move to northern Florida. Danielle was recommended from a realtor, we’re we would be moving two that we were going to work with. Danielle came off as having a big heart, compassionate, and loving what she does. Danielle was professional and able to give us some advice on how to get our home market ready in a timely matter, she provided a interior designer to come in and get their opinions she was able to recommend anyone that we needed to help with getting our home market ready. In a short amount of time my fiancé and I were able to get our house market ready, Danielle listed our home and then in one day we had an offer and we excepted it and it was on the market as pending!!!! Daniel made the process of selling a home quick, easy, and even fun. She has followed up with us a few times even when we moved to northern Florida and asked how our new home searching was going. My fiancé and I felt like we could come to her at any time and ask her any questions that we had. Marci was incredible to work with! She was recommend to us by some close friends. Wish we had known to use her for our first house, wow! We sold and bought with her as our realtor, had a same day dual closing that went seamlessly. She had our house under contract in 10 days while many others in our neighborhood had been sitting for over a month. The next day we made an offer on a house that was accepted. She worked so hard for us, she stayed up until midnight to submit it that night! Marci walked us through everything. She came to our house and told us exactly what we needed to do to get our house market ready. She listened to every thought we had on every house we looked at. She is very knowledgeable and responsive with communication. I felt very comfortable working with her and that she knew what we were looking for and was very involved with everything, house-wise and life-wise, along the way. Also had good insight on how to re-imagine a house if there was something I didn't like or wanted changed. For what it's worth as a side bonus perk... she makes amazing gift baskets for closings :)
