Couldn't say enough good things about Marci! Competent, professional, easy going, friendly; she genuinely invites you into her life and almost becomes a part of the family through the buying and/or selling process. We communicated so often that our young kids (ages 2 and 3) would frequently call out "Marci!" whenever my cell phone would ring. Marci helped us both sell our home for top market value (which was under contract within 1 week of listing) and buy our amazing new home in the exact neighborhood we needed for our desired school district, closing on both properties simultaneously within a matter of weeks. Marci was incredible to work with! She was recommend to us by some close friends. Wish we had known to use her for our first house, wow! We sold and bought with her as our realtor, had a same day dual closing that went seamlessly. She had our house under contract in 10 days while many others in our neighborhood had been sitting for over a month. The next day we made an offer on a house that was accepted. She worked so hard for us, she stayed up until midnight to submit it that night! Marci walked us through everything. She came to our house and told us exactly what we needed to do to get our house market ready. She listened to every thought we had on every house we looked at. She is very knowledgeable and responsive with communication. I felt very comfortable working with her and that she knew what we were looking for and was very involved with everything, house-wise and life-wise, along the way. Also had good insight on how to re-imagine a house if there was something I didn't like or wanted changed. For what it's worth as a side bonus perk... she makes amazing gift baskets for closings :)
