About Matt

I started off at the young age of 10 in the world of customer service, working in a small farm supply store that my father owned. With 30 plus years of retail experience, I along with my brother own a Georgia based, Hardware & Sporting Goods Retail Store. After years of working in day to day operations at the Retail Store, I decided to carry my customer service experience into the world of Real Estate. Licensed Realtor in both Florida and Georgia, I live in Clermont, Florida along with my lovely wife Michele and we have a rather large family, 6 kids to be exact. Based in the Greater Orlando region, I serve all of Central Florida, working with both buyers and sellers. With my business background being Hardware, Lawn & Garden and Sporting Goods Retail in a rural area, I am able to deliver a very diverse world of knowledge and expertise to my clients when it comes to the sale or purchase of their home and property. My sales history includes all types of Real Estate sales from Condo's and homes in the suburbs to large acreage properties in the rural areas. I am originally from near Beaver Dam, WI. I went to college at the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Recreation Management and Spanish. After college I lived in Boulder, CO for 5 years and had a truly amazing experience. I learned and practiced all sorts of new and exciting adventures in Colorado including: downhill skiing, hiking, backpacking, salsa dancing, yoga, pilates and much more. I loved my life in Colorado but felt the urge to give back to society; so I joined the Peace Corps in 2008. I served as a Youth Volunteer in the Dominican Republic for 2 years and then transferred to Ecuador for a year. I had an amazing experience in Latin America and wouldn't change that experience for the world. I moved to Clermont, FL to be close to my family. My whole immediate family lives in Clermont which is great. I married Joey in 2018 and was blessed with twin step children. In 2013 I passed my Florida residential real estate test. Real estate has been and continues to be a great fit for me because I'm passionate about helping people. Beverly is the best! Patient, kind, professional, so easy to work with & followed through 100%!

We met Beverly at an open house she was showing in Clermont close to 3 years ago. That day she listened to us and even though that wasn't the house for us she told us she will help us find our dream home. She was so easy to talk to and seem to really care. We kept in touch as we weren't in an urgent situation to find a home but was waiting for the right home for us and she patiently waited for us to decide. Beverly was never pushy, just completely professional and became a friend to us really, checking in with us every few months to see how things were going. We had friends wanting to move to Florida and referred her in which with Beverly's help, they found their forever home. Life happens here and there so Beverly just kept in touch until we finally found the area we fell in love with and worked up the offer on our forever home. With her great negotiating skills and covering every detail along the process, we were finally able to make our forever home a reality just like our friends did.

Knowledgeable and very personable

We had a special situation in when we could sell our house. The time frame had to be right. Regina was wonderful in working with us in getting to that time frame. She knows the area and has lots of connections to help with getting the house ready to sell. We had lots of questions and she was excellent in responding and having the answers. Our home sold in 2 day! Definitely would use Regina again. Highly recommend! ❤️

Readily available for all aspects of looking and buying.

It was a pleasure to work with Matt when we moved to Davenport from out of state. He was patient and kind, and always available to answer our endless questions. His ability to show us houses that pegged our tastes and lifestyle was amazing, and he gently guided us to the best areas and best homes in our price range. We almost wish we were still looking to enjoy his company longer! But we found the perfect house for us and highly recommend him to anyone needing a skilled and personal agent.

Helpful, friendly, and very detailed oriented.

Regina did a wonderful job helping us find a d complete settlement on our new home.
