We met Beverly at an open house she was showing in Clermont close to 3 years ago. That day she listened to us and even though that wasn't the house for us she told us she will help us find our dream home. She was so easy to talk to and seem to really care. We kept in touch as we weren't in an urgent situation to find a home but was waiting for the right home for us and she patiently waited for us to decide. Beverly was never pushy, just completely professional and became a friend to us really, checking in with us every few months to see how things were going. We had friends wanting to move to Florida and referred her in which with Beverly's help, they found their forever home. Life happens here and there so Beverly just kept in touch until we finally found the area we fell in love with and worked up the offer on our forever home. With her great negotiating skills and covering every detail along the process, we were finally able to make our forever home a reality just like our friends did.
