The TLTR is that Kristen made owning our dream property a reality. As first time homebuyers during this difficult market of 2021, we knew this process was going to be hell. With Kristen's help and support, we were able to find the professionalism and dependability we were looking for. She knocked on doors when we were not aggressive enough, she coordinated inspections, appraisals and negotiations when we were too busy to handle in a timely fashion ourselves. Above all she was ALWAYS available to go over strategies and plans of actions at late hours and even weekends as we were often short on time due to our busy work schedule.
