A close friend of my daughter suggested I contact Chris Duong when I was ready to sell my house. I was impressed with the professionalism of Chris Duong. When I told who I chose to list my home, everyone replied, "You have the best!" The initial critique was informative and the advice about preparation was stellar. When time to move, much of the packing was already finished and the house looked great while on the market. The use of media and the process for showing was excellent. My home was listed about a month when I received a contract. Chris Duong gave good counsel whenever I needed. He was supportive during the contract to closing period as the buyer met challenges about financing and the closing was delayed a week. Nykki has recently sold two properties for me. I first met Nykki last year right after the passing of my father. I needed to sell my fathers home and was interviewing Realtors. Nykki was the last of five Realtors I interviewed and boy was I lucky I waited to hire someone. Nykki not only came in the most prepared but her comps put my Dads house $45.000 to $65,000 higher than what the other four Realtors said they could sell it for. She sold it for $65,000 more than the other Realtors and sold it in less than ten hours, all cash, no inspections!! She delivered!! A month ago my husband got a transfer for work that was taking us out of the area. So once again I was interviewing Realtors and once again Nykki came in $45,000 higher than the other Realtors. She sold my house the first day on the market for full asking price!!! If you are selling your home I absolutely recommend you hire Nykki!! Don’t leave money on the table! She is the best!!!
