Chris was wonderful! I tried FSBO first and never intended to hire a real estate agent until Chris came along. He replied to my FSBO listing and gave me great advice. He told me things to do and things not to do. He was never pusht but offered his services if I was ever interested. His honesty and advice never went unnoticed. After a million phone calls from agents and buyers I gave Chris a call. He met me and listened to my thoughts, he went over listings and sales in my neighborhood and listed my house. He sold it in a minimal amount of time for 20k more than I thought it was worth! Great experience and would recommend Chris in an instant!!

Availability,͏ dedication, and results! On the sell side... Kristen was absolutely amazing to work with. She was always available at all hours of the day for any of the multitudes of questions that we had in regard to selling our home. Her experience and understanding of the market combined with an ambitious and aggressive strategy got us top dollar for our home. She had great suggestions on how to spruce up our place and get the curb appeal we were hoping for on our budget. Aside from the wonderful support Kristen supplied, there was a full team of people with Engel and Volkers who were helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to provide everything we needed on the scheduling and paperwork side and knew all the right contractors for the repairs and upgrades we decided to make. On the buy side...
