The TLTR is that Kristen made owning our dream property a reality. As first time homebuyers during this difficult market of 2021, we knew this process was going to be hell.  With Kristen's help and support, we were able to find the professionalism and dependability we were looking for. She knocked on doors when we were not aggressive enough, she coordinated inspections, appraisals and negotiations when we were too busy to handle in a timely fashion ourselves. Above all she was ALWAYS available to go over strategies and plans of actions at late hours and even weekends as we were often short on time due to our busy work schedule. Throughout the whole process we felt very confident that Kristen was handling communications on our behalf with loan officers, inspectors and previous owners as we would because she understood and cared about what WE (as the client) were looking for.  In this pandemic/buyers/investors market, there were time that we either were outbid by cash offers and other times that we (as buyers) changed our minds and wanted to explore other more attractive listings. To Kristen's credit, she NEVER pressured us, or made us feel bad about backing out. Her answer was ALWAYS " this is a process and I'm going to be there by your side until you find the right one" . Which we did. And we couldn't have been any happier. Still ecstatic about the purchase and fell in love with the process of putting our personal touch to our new home.
