Nykki has recently sold two properties for me. I first met Nykki last year right after the passing of my father. I needed to sell my fathers home and was interviewing Realtors. Nykki was the last of five Realtors I interviewed and boy was I lucky I waited to hire someone. Nykki not only came in the most prepared but her comps put my Dads house $45.000 to $65,000 higher than what the other four Realtors said they could sell it for.
