Nykki has recently sold two properties for me. I first met Nykki last year right after the passing of my father. I needed to sell my fathers home and was interviewing Realtors. Nykki Van Hof is the gold standard of realtors. She was amazing from day one. I wasn’t an easy buyer because I was using my VA loan and very unsure about what exactly I wanted. In fact, I almost decided to buy a new construction that was way over priced. Nykki was honest with me and said that if I wanted to sell that house in 4-5 years I wouldn’t make much of a profit…… 30 days later the seller of the new construction lowered the price by almost $50k.
