Cleveland did a great job of showing us lots of potential properties and when we decided on a property he worked with us to the end to get everything wrapped up and completed for us to purchase the home. He worked with us long distance (we went back to Iowa) until all details were ironed out and we were ready to come back for final walk through and to pick up the keys. I would without a doubt recommend him to other potential buyers in the Fort Myers and surrounding areas.

Unlimited patience with the process that we were totally inexperienced with. Stayed absolutely positive even tho we lost a couple of deals we really wanted. Took a lot of his own time and accommodated our schedules. He went above and beyond everyday. So happy he stuck with us throughout. I now have a good friend and an awesome realtor.
