We reached out to Sara Swanson a recommendation from our friends and we were so glad we did. She did not disappoint. We were looking to purchase a property in Lehigh Acres Florida, and we live in Ontario. From the first message sent, Sara was very adept at helping find the right property for us, going above and beyond to be our eyes on the ground. She answered countless questions, toured different properties and sent many pictures to help us narrow down our search. She did such an excellent job providing us with the information we needed, we put a deposit on a property without physically seeing it! When we flew down to tour the potential location, Sara was there answering questions and getting information from the builder we needed. When we decided to purchase a property, Sara arranged for a final inspection to be done for us since we were again, not able to be there in person. When we were able to come down to move into our place, we ran into a snag on a Sunday night and once again Sara came to the rescue outside of office hours to fix the problem. Sara is truly a gem and made what could have been a difficult process, much easier. We felt at ease knowing we had her working for us! We would highly recommend her and would not hesitate to use her again if we were to buy another property.
