Originally from New York, Dianne Anderson moved to Marco Island, Florida in 1976 with her family and has been part of the Southwest Florida community for nearly five decades. After graduating from Lely High School in 1981, she relocated to Fort Myers in 1983, where she has lived and worked throughout the region’s remarkable growth and transformation. This long-standing connection to Southwest Florida gives her clients valuable insight into the area’s evolving communities, lifestyle offerings and long-term real estate value.
Today, Dianne serves as a Global Real Estate Advisor with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, representing buyers and sellers across Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Cape Coral, Estero and Naples. Recognized among the RealTrends Verified Top 1.5% of real estate professionals nationally by sales volume in 2025, she is known for delivering thoughtful, strategic representation in the luxury, waterfront and lifestyle property markets.
Dianne brings a distinctive perspective to real estate shaped by 25 years in banking and residential mortgage lending, along with more than a decade in commercial interior design. Her experience working alongside architects and contractors provides her with a deep understanding of design, construction and property value—insight that helps clients evaluate opportunities and make confident real estate decisions. She holds several professional real estate designations including ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), SRS® (Seller Representative Specialist), RENE® (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) and SFR® (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource) and is a member of the Bonita Springs–Estero REALTORS® Association. Outside of real estate, Dianne enjoys boating, fishing, gardening, traveling and spending time along the Southwest Florida coastline. She also has a lifelong passion for equestrian sport. A former farm owner in Southwest Florida, she competed at the FEI levels and is a United States Dressage Federation Silver Medalist.
