Cleveland is a great agent and a pleasure to work with. He helped me with the comps of properties in Lehigh Acres and Fort Myers while I was looking to make offers on investment properties. He also was able to arrange for people to do maintenance for the properties while preparing to sell (yard work, painting, handyman repairs). He worked with us long distance (we went back to Iowa) until all details were ironed out and we were ready to come back for final walk through and to pick up the keys.
