Cleveland is a great agent and a pleasure to work with. He helped me with the comps of properties in Lehigh Acres and Fort Myers while I was looking to make offers on investment properties. He also was able to arrange for people to do maintenance for the properties while preparing to sell (yard work, painting, handyman repairs). I have since recommended Cleveland to some friends in the area and they have had nothing but nice things to say about his work.

Unlimited patience with the process that we were totally inexperienced with. Stayed absolutely positive even tho we lost a couple of deals we really wanted. Cleveland did a great job of showing us lots of potential properties and when we decided on a property he worked with us to the end to get everything wrapped up and completed for us to purchase the home. He worked with us long distance (we went back to Iowa) until all details were ironed out and we were ready to come back for final walk through and to pick up the keys.
