My husband and I have bought and sold numerous homes and Quyen was one of the best realtors we have worked with. We were sell my Mom's house that she had lived in for 44 years. My Dad had passed and Mom was really missing his input and guidence. Quyen was very sensitive to my Mom's concerns about leaving her home. She made the whole process very smooth, from providing Mom the comps, explaining the listing agreement thru the signing of the documents at the closing. I first contacted Peter by phone from a listing on Zillow. He spent time on the phone with me just from a cold call. He endeared himself to us just from how he communicated with us. He was very helpful, kind, and really wanted to help us find the right condo. We flew out and he spent three days showing us properties. He wanted to make sure we saw a variety of properties so we could be sure on the final one. He wasn't afraid to ask the hard questions and show us the ups and downs of different properties and prices. He was gracious and patient and we count him as a friend.
