Jamie was very helpful and knowledgable , she went above and beyond in helping and guiding me and my wife as first time home buyer. She helped us in comparing and contrasting between building a new house vs buying an existed house, she was so patient and friendly.Jamie also did a great job in negotiating price, and attend inspection and closing ...Moreover, Jamie continued to offer her services even after closing (I.e calling seller agent to facilitate transferring account to our name, finding things around..etc) .simply Jamie was so courteous and she didn't save any effort in assuring that our house hunting process was smooth and trouble free. I will not hesitate to rehire her if I went back , and I will highly recommend her for anybody looking for buying agent

This is my second home that I’ve purchased with Dave and I can not say enough great things about him. He’s really knowledgeable about the Tampa Bay Area, personable, and generous with his time. Debi was such an asset throughout our buying process! Initially we weren't sure if we wanted to go with an existing home or build ourselves. Debi took the time to show us several homes in our price range and explained the pros and cons of existing/new. Ultimately we decided to go with new construction and Debi guided us through the process and helped us negotiate the best possible deal with the builder. She made frequent trips out to our property, attended our inspections and helped as intermediary whenever any issues arose. Her experience and expertise were so helpful during this stressful - but also happy & fun - process. If you are looking for a Realtor, stop here and reach out to Lea. I met Lea in 2017 at a townhome available for rent in St. Pete, and I am so glad I did! I began a new job in Tampa and Lea helped us find a great rental in a great area. Fast forward to a year later and I just made my first home purchase with Lea! She spent lots of time with us, showing us townhomes from Tampa to Riverview- and finally found us our dream home. Throughout the entire process, she was responsive and extremely knowledgeable. Lea has a great deal of experience, not just in Real Estate. Before Lea earned her realtor license she worked for some of the builders in the Tampa Bay area and knows a great deal about the communities.
