I wish I could give Debi a million stars! She was such an amazing realtor in our search. She was so patient with us and helped us find the perfect home for our unique family set up. We felt comfortable and in good hands during our initial search and then when we decided to build a specific floor plan we had her help and support also. Debi helped guide us through the whole building process, negotiated wonderfully with the builder, and was with us every step of the way. It was great having an advocate for us, since we have never built a home before. We've bought and sold 3 homes now and out of all the agents that we've worked with in the past, she blows them out of the water. She was honest in her opinions, intelligent and knowledgeable and was so on top of things! Communication is so important in this process and Debi was great at communicating with us as the buyers, but also managed the process with the builder, the mortgage company etc... Hopefully, I don't have to move for a very very long time, but if and when we do, we will definitely use Debi again. She went above and beyond, and we are so lucky to have had her as our realtor!

There is not a paper long enough for my husband and I to say how grateful and thankful we are that Debi was our realtor. She was always available and her text response time was immediate. While she gave her opinion, she was always careful to let us make ours (probably praying we would say no on some of the former rentals we saw!). Her negotiation skills were top knotch as were her follow ups on all our questions. This girl has energy galore and the best personality to work with. We had never met Debi before but she was part of the team we were working with. We sold our house lickity split but in a sellers market it was 5 months before we found our Forever House. We saw a lot of lemons before we made lemonade. Debi was always willing to show us any house we asked. We'll never forget the house when a FL gully washer suddenly came up, and we had to flee the back porch because it was leaking A Lot. Before that it look terrific! And even after the sale when we couldn't get the garage door opener to respond-over she came with reinforcements! Now that's a STAR!

She helped us in comparing and contrasting between building a new house vs buying an existed house, she was so patient and friendly.Jamie also did a great job in negotiating price, and attend inspection and closing ...Moreover, Jamie continued to offer her services even after closing (I.e calling seller agent to facilitate transferring account to our name, finding things around..etc) .simply Jamie was so courteous and she didn't save any effort in assuring that our house hunting process was smooth and trouble free. I will not hesitate to rehire her if I went back , and I will highly recommend her for anybody looking for buying agent

This is my second home that I’ve purchased with Dave and I can not say enough great things about him. He’s really knowledgeable about the Tampa Bay Area, personable, and generous with his time.
