Debi was such an asset throughout our buying process! Initially we weren't sure if we wanted to go with an existing home or build ourselves. Debi took the time to show us several homes in our price range and explained the pros and cons of existing/new. Ultimately we decided to go with new construction and Debi guided us through the process and helped us negotiate the best possible deal with the builder.
