I was doing my own research and had narrowed down my home search to the Wesley Chapel area. I found Debi online through the Future Home Realty website (https://www.futurehomerealty.com/our-agents/). We spoke on the phone, and she was very knowledgeable about both my questions and Tampa, including Wesley Chapel, Lutz, and Land O’Lakes areas. We began working together at the end of March. I had a lot of questions throughout the process, and Debi was always responsive. Within a week, we scheduled several showings and ended up making an offer on a home the very next day. The seller countered, we submitted our final offer, and they accepted. Now, two months later, we’ve successfully closed on the house! Debi was always reachable and kept me informed every step. She came to the house showings prepared with all the information I needed. She helped me with the tax estimate of the house before we offered. The entire process went smoothly. I truly appreciate her help and strongly recommend her!

She is very thorough and wanted to understand what we wanted, as well as what didn't want. Deborah is very objective and helpful in every aspect of whatever we were dealing with. Once we found what we wanted and had an accepted offer, she offered information to help expedite the process for us finding an inspector and options for locating a local insurance agent as we closed remotely. Top to bottom, from the time we had our first phone call, to the time we first met and all the way through the closing process, she exhibited wonderful professionalism and follow through. Deborah was highly recommended to us by a close friend, and we highly recommend her as well to anyone looking for a first person and realtor.

There aren’t strong enough adjectives to describe just how excellent of a realtor Debi is. Building a house in Florida while living in NJ is very hard, considering we couldn’t be there to check on progress and witness build milestones. Debi was this person for us. Weekly, Debi visited our house and made sure to send us pictures and videos. She was our eyes and ears! She called us consistently with updates, and made time for us whenever we had questions related to the house and even general questions about moving to Florida. Debi went above and beyond for us to make sure all of our needs were met. Towards our closing date, there were still many open items that needed to be addressed. Debi was relentless in making sure all items were completed for us. She literally made non-stop phone calls, sent emails and walked through the house daily making notes and taping areas still needing to be fixed. She did this even beyond our closing date as we were not yet in Florida. I’ve worked with other realtors before, and I have never witnessed one that has worked at this level of excellence. This wasn’t an easy experience, and we could never have gotten through this without Debi. She treated us as if we were her only clients, and went above and beyond keeping us in the loop every single step of the way. Anyone needing a fiercely hard-working, involved and caring realtor should absolutely seek out Debi! We are thankful for all she’s done, and we were so lucky to have her on our side!!

We met Debi 3 years ago when we moved from out of county. We found her by chance and she helped us to buy our home. It was an amazing experience and her knowledge and helpfulness about the area was so helpful not being from the area. She even helped us find a Chinese restaurant to order from our first days in the house.
