She is very thorough and wanted to understand what we wanted, as well as what didn't want. Deborah is very objective and helpful in every aspect of whatever we were dealing with. Once we found what we wanted and had an accepted offer, she offered information to help expedite the process for us finding an inspector and options for locating a local insurance agent as we closed remotely. Top to bottom, from the time we had our first phone call, to the time we first met and all the way through the closing process, she exhibited wonderful professionalism and follow through. There aren’t strong enough adjectives to describe just how excellent of a realtor Debi is. Building a house in Florida while living in NJ is very hard, considering we couldn’t be there to check on progress and witness build milestones. Debi was this person for us. Weekly, Debi visited our house and made sure to send us pictures and videos. She was our eyes and ears! She called us consistently with updates, and made time for us whenever we had questions related to the house and even general questions about moving to Florida.
