David recently assisted my wife and I for our first home purchase as a family. It was an absolute relief to finally have a realtor on your side that is not just trying to get you to buy a home as quick as possible. David was helpful every step of the way, he was always looking out for us when it came to pitfalls to avoid, where our knowledge lacked, his proved to be invaluable. We are now living in a home we absolutely love and would not trade for the world. If we buy or sell again there is no one else we would go to. He has continued to stay in contact, help with whatever we needed even after the home purchase.
