Jen is absolutely awesome!

Jen is absolutely awesome! Jen has been our realtor since 2023. We are repeat clients from renting one of her rental listings, to having her represent us as buyers and now as sellers. She goes well beyond expectations to advocate for us at every interaction. Even at the current challenging real estate market, she was able to lock in a great buyer offering over asking price within 30 days of listing and closing escrow in 25 days! Amazing! Knowledgeable about the entire process!

Jen told me what I would need to do to increase my odds of selling, knew what was going on in the market, and just so may other things. It was super hard for me to manage selling my house and work, etc. and she made things so much easier! Highly highly recommend!

The Best Realtor for Families Relocating to St Johns

We cannot recommend Jen highly enough! Moving our family from Boca Raton to St. Johns was a massive undertaking, and Jen was our rock throughout the entire process. Because we lived four hours away with children, we only had one weekend to find our home, Jen dedicated her entire Saturday and Sunday to us, spending hours making sure we saw every option until we found the perfect fit. Beyond her patience, Jen is a fierce advocate. When our home sale in Boca hit a snag with a difficult buyer, she successfully managed our new construction builder, Lennar, to ensure they didn't drop our contract. Because of her, we didn't lose our specific floor plan or our preferred lot, and she protected our original locked-in price despite neighborhood price increases. Jen is professional, dedicated, and truly goes above and beyond for her clients.
