Jen has a technical aptitude which allowed her to construct a very attractive listing which appealed to more buyers in this very tough resell market. Her communications throughout were good to keep us informed of what to expect. She also helped us out in purchasing our new build an hour away. When it was time for closing the old house we encountered many delays caused by the mortgage company’s handling of the assumption for the buyer. Jen worked diligently with the buyer’s agent to push the transaction to finally close and make sure escrow funds were distributed accurately.
