Jen has a technical aptitude which allowed her to construct a very attractive listing which appealed to more buyers in this very tough resell market. Her communications throughout were good to keep us informed of what to expect. She also helped us out in purchasing our new build an hour away. When it was time for closing the old house we encountered many delays caused by the mortgage company’s handling of the assumption for the buyer. Jen worked diligently with the buyer’s agent to push the transaction to finally close and make sure escrow funds were distributed accurately. We would highly recommend engaging her for future real estate needs.

We didn't pick the best time to sell our property as we faced a tough sellers market. However, Jen demonstrated her willingness to go beyond the original agreement in order to help us sell the property. For example, she took on a couple of projects that came up that needed to be taken care of in order to help expedite the sale of the home.
