Jen took us from a good idea to SIGNED in under six weeks, and did it with grace, commitment, and patience. She was understanding of our circumstances, respectful of our opinions, and dedicated to getting the best results for us from all aspects. We chose Jen based on her reputation and knowledge of our neighborhood, and she exceeded our expectations at so many levels! She answered countless questions, calmed many nerves, and helped us to trust "the process" along the way. Jennifer is the BEST and ONLY realtor worth knowing!

It is impossible to adequately review Jennifer Hayes, as she is exceptional in every way! From our initial consultations to the (very) numerous interactions and encounters we had with her, Jennifer was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, dedicated, ethical and trustworthy. She went above and beyond at every single step to help us find our dream home. When our transaction encountered some severe roadblocks as a result of a terrible seller and their unfortunate agent, Jennifer held everything together, kept us sane and made sure we did everything right to ensure our deal would go through. She never gave up and fought for us constantly. I don't think it is possible to find a realtor that works harder than Jennifer or with more dedication and integrity. We endorse her 100000% and know that we will only ever use her in the future.

Julie was extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient and always answered all my questions

I was a little anxious about selling my house. Julie was knowledgeable, supportive and helpful. She was always there to help through the entire process. I would definitely recommend her to anyone requiring a real estate agent.

Expert in her field

Jen is an accomplished real estate professional who practices active listening to determine the requirements of the buyer and aligns those with available inventory. She develops and prequalifies a top prospect list which minimizes the time commitment of the buyer. This practice also benefits the seller because unnecessary or low priority showings are significantly reduced. Anyone fortunate enough to have worked with Jen on either side of the real estate transaction will agree that the experience was wonderful and stress free. We highly recommend Jen!

It was the best buying experience ever. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Jennifer was very helpful and very proactive on giving advice. She responds quickly whenever I have questions. She is the best realtor I have ever had in all my dealings of buying and selling my previous properties. I would definitely use her again if need be, and also recommend her to my friends and acquaintances that may need help looking /buying or selling their properties. Big thumbs up to Jennifer.
