Rick knowledge of "The Inlets" was important to us and his Marketing Plan was excellent and did work for the selling of our property. Rick did an amazing job for us , we have previously listed our property for six months with another Broker who did not perform. When Rick took over everything began to happen and in less than 2 Months we had a Contract. Thanks to Rick for his professionalism and dedication. It was a pleasure to have him at our side.

Julie is awesome to work with. Very personable, seems like she is always available. Julie is very knowledgeable and works very hard to ensure the buyer/seller is happy and has a full understanding of what is happening at all times. I would not work with another agent should I need a house or should I sell my house...Julie would be who I would call.

I do not have sufficient superlatives to commend the incredible services provide by Rick De Barros in the purchase of our retirement home. As out-of-town purchasers, Rick worked seamlessly with our respective schedules. When we arrived in FL to view listings, his meticulous planning, knowledge, market thoroughness, personality and attention to the smallest detail made the experience a joy. Rick is whip-smart and intuitive — in some sense understanding the ultimate wishes of the buyers before they themselves verbalize their ideal home — then offering an experienced negotiation strategy to help seal the deal! Once closing occurred, Rick continued to be a font of informative recommendations for all of the many services needed by new out-of-town homeowners.

So my wife found her dream home, she knew she had to act fast. We contacted Marina and we were able to see the home immediately. Marina was very knowledgable about the area and the surrounding home values. Multiple offers were place on this home but Marina was able to help our offer outshine the others. The home buying process was full of unknowns, but Marina was able to help us navigate through them. She negotiated on our behalf when the listing agent was being unreasonable with some of their demands. In the end, we were able to get the home we wanted, for the price we wanted, and the settlement we wanted. We couldn't be more pleased.

Once again, James has been amazing. We just sold our second house with James. Not only did we sell it the same day he listed it, we got above asking price. He is available any time we have questions or concerns. He goes above and beyond any previous realtor we have ever dealt with. We will ALWAYS use james with any buying or selling of real estate. We can't thank him enough!!

In my dealings with real estate pros,i found that Amy Mersman was the most personable, knowledgeable, helpful, professional that i,ve EVER worked with! Working with her, as i was purchasing a home in another state,EVERYTHING,that transpired was done with ease. What a relief as buying property is of course exciting--yet,we all need ALL the paperwork, dealings, facts, all the loose ends to come together/that's the worry part.In the future,if anyone needs a real estate PRO---I'll be ready to hand out Amy Mersmans business card!

With the official closing of our house I wanted to take a few moments to recognize our good friend and amazing realtor Julie Peck Franklin !!! To be honest we were hesitant to mix social with business but Julie was UNBELIEVABLE every single step of the way! Both my spouse and I travel for work so coordinating our schedule is not for the faint of heart but she was always one step ahead. If you are in the market for a realtor please consider the Julie Franklin Team - you will be thankful you did!

Mugsie was a fabulous realtor/broker who helped us find a home that checked off every single item on our wish list. She was patient with us in visiting countless homes and dealing with correspondence from our parents as well. Mugsie was knowledgeable in the area, giving us information about homesteading and recommending/warning about certain issues in the area with builders in the past. She helped us negotiate for the lowest price we could get for our home. It was a pleasure working with her and would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the area!

Simply the best!!! From our very first meeting with Rick and Linda De Barros, we were thoroughly impressed with their in-depth pricing analysis and marketing strategy for our home. Rick and Linda were ever-present whether physically or electronically. They even took it upon themselves to show up at our closing and waited in the parking lot just in case we needed them at the last minute!!! Absolutely thoughtful and caring! Above and beyond quality service from beginning to end!!! Fantastically personable pair with a wealth of local industry knowledge, who were always prompt with their responses and extremely meticulous in prepping and showcasing our home at its best! Job superbly done!!!

“I could not have asked for a better real estate agent than Rick De Barros. He stayed on top of the entire process, even doing some of the hands-on interior and exterior work himself. He always returned my calls promptly and if he did not know the answer to a question I had, he would find out and let me know. He is polite, professional, and always has a smile on his face. He always displayed a positive attitude which I found very comforting. I would recommend Rick to anyone who needed a real estate agent without any hesitation.” Mel S.

Michael was extremely helpful in our search for a condo in Punta Gorda Florida. He followed up with quick responses weather we left a message or emailed him. He is a very professional realtor and I would highly recommend him if you’re looking to buy or sell a house or condo in the SW Florida area.
