It was very difficult for me emotionally to sell my home. My deceased husband had poured time and energy into making it our special home. But, after his death I needed a smaller home with less responsibility. Jess not only helped me to find that, but helped to sell my home. She provided not only expertise regarding the market and knowledge in taking care of all the details, but was a calm and reassuring support during the whole process. For those reasons, it was not at all as difficult as I had anticipated. I highly recommend Jessica Coay for buying and selling!

So selling a house is just stressful in general right? Selling a house a house during a pandemic is REALLY stressful right? WRONG. Jessica was so knowledgeable, had a solution for every problem that arose (and there were a lot of factors in our case) I cannot recommend this woman highly enough. I trusted her whole heartedly and felt like she truly cared and I know she whole heartedly did. You want Jessica on your side. She new how to get us the best price possible and she did get us multiple offers in just a couple days if showing. I will be forever great fun for her services, care and knowledge!
