after 1 yr of no results we heard about Rick, he worked daily staging, planting pots, painting could go on and on.....many problems came up when getting the house ready to close because of incomplete paper work way back when we bought the house 7 yrs ago....what a mess....Rick worked tireless on doting all of the I and crossing all of the t 's......would highly recommend him... can't say enough about Rick, especially when I compare him to the realtors we dealt with the whole YEAR house was for sale before we listed with him.....

She promptly returned all of my calls and answered all of my questions. She went way above and beyond and was highly organized and efficient.
