Starla is Marla Scalone. She is our realtor we nicked named her this because she is real star realtor. We had to get our house sold fast because we found our dream home. She was able to get that under contract with a 3 week contingencie in a sellers market. This sounds like a standard sale but it was far from standard. We had a tenant and family in there that she was going to have to work around. Then our tenant found their dream home. It must have been in the air so fortuantely they moved out. We had to get the place cleaned up. We had her handyman go there and do repairs. She felt the landscape needed to be replaced including sod so we were lucky to get Life Lawn Sevice and they did an amazing job in a very quick time frame. Then she was off to the showdown with only 2 weeks left. She had some looksie loze, some looking for a relator, some that seemed like really good possibbilties, some on the fencers that kept coming back, some Cape Coralers, and some people enjoying her wine and stawberries. It wasn't until the very last day. This is about the time we were both so stressed so she helped to calm us down. We still had a really strong faith in her. That night she got us under contract. She is truly amazing. Starla earns every star, all 5. She advices you on what needs to be done and consults you on each step of the way. She is Starla ours/yours 5 star realtor. I highly reccomend her and I would use her again. She is extremely knowledgable about the market conditions, honest, and loyal to her clients besides she knows that whole area by the back of her hand. We followed her from house to house while she was on speaker in the car and gave us the tour it was very interesting and informative also fun. Marla is fun. Professional and fun. One of my most favorite things about her is she listens to her customers. She is loyal to her customers. She understands how stressful this can be and gives you the support you need. I first met her over the phone and she talked me out of selling which would have been the wrong time. When I saw the next opportunity like our neighbor selling his house for 1.2m. She was ready to help us make it happen and what a journey it was. Selling, buying and renting she does it all. She gets it done. Brooks provided top notch realty service with the upmost in professionalism and courtesy. She went out of her way to determine my priorities in a vacation home and then to find homes that met and exceeded my expectations. She always responded promptly to my calls. She even did virtual walk-throughs on properties via FaceTime so that I could see them without having to come from out of state to view them. Joe was the ultimate real estate professional in all aspects of the transactions. He provided and explained market conditions, provided us with real estate opportunities when we were purchasing, determined accurate market value of the properties, and developed a plan of action on how we should acquire them. He provided invaluable advice on determining the bid to offer. He continued his excellent advice and followup through the closing of the properties. Concerning the sale of the properties, he also exhibited his professionalism and knowledge of the market. He developed individual sales marketing plans for each property and worked with us in determining selling price.
