Brooks is a very competent realtor. Although we had real estate that was difficult to sell, Brooks never gave up. She continued to advertise, show our property, and gave us hope that the right person would come along. When he did, he offered our asking price. Thank you so much, Brooks.

I highly recommend Kelly if you are new to the area or looking for an upgrade to your current home. We had just moved from California and we’re looking for an investment property. We were lucky enough to find Kelly. She offered us great advice, on both the current market and where things were heading in different neighborhoods. Extremely knowledgeable and an amazing person on top of that. Kelly will hold your hand through the whole process. I look forward to working with her again.

I've been looking for a "snowbird" home for a few years and getting more and more discouraged as the market gets more challenging. Diane delivered with knowledgeable, patient, expert advice and hard work. We found an amazing place on our 2nd day viewing and closed quickly with barely a hiccup, thanks to her dedication and integrity . I love my new home more every day, and glad to say I've made a new good friend as well.

In my business, I deal with realtors quite often and Kelly is one of the best! From the very start after I called Kelly and her knowing we were not coming for a few weeks; Kelly began sending us properties with the features we told her we were wanting, so her and ourselves began fine-tuning our expectations desires for a home. By the time we arrived, she selected about six properties that were all contenders and made an offer on our first day. Kelly did her homework! After the purchase agreement was signed and accepted, Kelly followed through on every issue clear to closing and after. I would recommend Kelly without reservation.

As a first time home buyer, the feeling of buying in this market was a bit stressful and overwhelming but James handled every twist and turn flawlessly! He was always available when we had questions and his knowledge of the real estate market was impressive and extremely helpful. I truly believe it was because of his "know how" we landed our first home and we will be forever grateful for all of the effort he put forth. HIGHLY recommend James!

We have been working with Kelly for over a year looking for our dream home. She has been nothing but amazing since day one. When we finally found the one, she went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us strategize the perfect plan to obtain our home in this extremely competitive buyers market. I would never use another realtor except Kelly! She is a STAR!

This is the second time we've worked with Brenda; once as buyer and then as seller. She couldn't have made either process easier. It was actually a pleasure to work with her, under the stressful situations of buying and selling. Brenda was the total professional -- knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Shari was a fantastic realtor. She is extremely knowledgable about the market, detail oriented, patient and friendly. Shari keeps her clients best interest in mind. She knows how to strategize, negotiate, and succeed in real estate. My partner and I were so lucky to find and work with her!

Deidre was absolutely everything and more during the sale of my home. She embodies the definition of being professional, courteous, respectful, and empathetic. Deidre represented me in 2019 when I purchased this property and also now in 2022 when I sold the property. Between my partner and myself this is the sixth transaction that she has represented us. Her customer service oriented work ethic never kept me waiting for an answer, and she is the reason I was able to receive top dollar for the value of my property. She will constantly beat the expectations she already sets for what it means to be more than a realtor.

We have worked with Richard Capps on the purchase of 2 properties and the sale of those properties, most recently the sale of our home that closed on 2/11/2022. Richard and his team go above and beyond what most realtors do -- from top notch professional pictures, to reviewing each offer, negotiating, timely document prep, and the list goes on. By listening to Richard's advice (wisdom), our home sold in 2 days for above asking price, he negotiated a lease back for us and we closed in 30 days. He is amazing! And so is his assistant Jenny who is organized, knowledgable, great follow-through, and she really cares! I highly recommend!! You won't be sorry!
