I moved to FL form out of state so most of our transactions were done from afar. Thank goodness I had Bob Thurston as a realtor who took his time to see what we were looking for and checked out potential properties before I visited to see what was available and met out specs. He gave us the information we needed to consider concerning Florida weather, construction and communities that we were unfamiliar with.
