Great Experience and Knowledge
I utilized Christopher Lowe's expertise to close an investment property that we were planning to rent. The fact that he was an investor himself; allowed for us to leverage his knowledge into a fantastic deal. We were in the Sarasota market and had to compete against multiple offers to land the deal. We ultimately decided to sell the property three months later and turned to Chris again. Due to his marketing the property made it to the number one most researched property on the MLS. We had multiple offers and sold the property for six figures more then we paid for it.
