I was selling my house in New Hyde Park. After researching real estate agents in Nassau County I contacted Grace Desiderio at Caputo Reality. We spoke, I sent her my info and she agreed to be my agent and help me. Unfortunately, I was unable to physically go to the house. So Grace stepped up and not only did her job incredibly well she also did all the things I was unable to do. She supervised getting the house ready for showings, negotiated with contractors, lawyers, buyers, and the town. She handled everything and everything she handled went incredibly well. Grace is amazing! She’s knowledgeable, professional, efficient, a pleasure to work with, and successful. The house was sold in record time. I was very lucky to have connected with Grace. In retrospect I think it was fate that brought us together and I’m so grateful it did. I don’t think I could have found a better agent. Caputo reality is well known in the New Hyde Park area and surrounding towns. That being said we knew we were in the right hands after our first meeting with Marc and Peter Caputo. Their presentation was concise, detailed and comforting. Leaving our home after 45 years was not an easy thing to do and Marc was so very kind and understanding the entire time! Marc brought qualified buyers to our home and was always respectful of all clients. He was always available to answer any questions we had. It was like working with family; we trusted him completely. Grace was fantastic to work with from start to finish. She gave clear guidance on how to get the house ready for the market, how the overall process worked and was incredibly knowledgeable about resources and people we could use to make some minor fixes. Although we experienced a wide variety of obstacles along the way, Grace was always available to give guidance and support to overcome each hurdle as it popped up whether it was a buyer who changed their mind, an unexpected open permit, or required minor repair. I couldn't have asked for a better agent!

Grace helped me sell my home while I was living out of state. Several issues came up during the process and Grace being a knowledgeable, proactive agent resolved them all. She sold my house quickly and had a great price. I’m a Realtor in another state so I know what to look for in an agent. Grace is what to look for! There are a lot of different obstacles that can take place while buying and selling a home. It’s important to have an experienced, knowledgeable, proactive agent. I highly recommend Grace.
