I cannot put into words of how eternally grateful I am for relator Clara Valderama. Being this was the first time I ever had to sell a home, my childhood home as well it was very hard. Clara made this process welcoming and embracing opposed to sad and difficult. From the moment I met her and her son, I knew these were the people worthy of selling a house that holds decades and decades worth of memories in. Clara and her team were nothing shy of sufficient, present, caring, extremely patient and loving. She was not just concerned about selling the house, she was set on selling the house the right way with an excellent compensation she put up for. I can’t thank God enough for placing this woman in my lap for that she knew exactly what she was doing the entire time. Throughout the process of selling my childhood home we came across some hurdles but she stood beside me and walked me through everything. And everything worked out. Everything. Not only is she a fantastic real estate agent but a good woman. A down to earth person with a lot of offer to someone who needs help. I am very grateful for her services and being this such a big chapter of my life I’m proud to say she took part in it. Wonderful person, efficient person, and I wish her nothing but high success because she’s deserving of it. 10/10

I was selling my house in New Hyde Park. After researching real estate agents in Nassau County I contacted Grace Desiderio at Caputo Reality. We spoke, I sent her my info and she agreed to be my agent and help me. Unfortunately, I was unable to physically go to the house. So Grace stepped up and not only did her job incredibly well she also did all the things I was unable to do. She supervised getting the house ready for showings, negotiated with contractors, lawyers, buyers, and the town. She handled everything and everything she handled went incredibly well.
