Roberta is an incredible agent, she is very hands on, she is very detail oriented and comes with great experience. She did for us that many agents couldn’t she not only sold our property but made us Improvise for the interest of the buyer and the seller so it’s a win win for both not many agents today can do that. We were truly blessed to have her.

Scott did a fantastic job helping me sell a coop. He was extremely diligent and took the time to explain each step of the process in depth. He also took care of any issues that came up along the way, such as helping me hire contractors to recondition the space and dealing with the building's management company. His communication is top notch. I believe Scott is very trustworthy and would highly recommend him.

My wife and I will always be grateful to Marianne for her above-and-beyond commitment and excellent work in selling our house (and helping us buy a new one). She was ultra-responsive, typically responding within minutes, even if she was out to dinner. I trusted her completely to negotiate prices for both our sale and our purchase, and the results were outstanding. I would also give her five stars for her skills as a therapist, as she was always willing to talk my wife and I through the more stressful parts of the real estate process. I can't recommend Marianne enough, you will not be disappointed!
