Roberta is an incredible agent, she is very hands on, she is very detail oriented and comes with great experience. She did for us that many agents couldn’t she not only sold our property but made us Improvise for the interest of the buyer and the seller so it’s a win win for both not many agents today can do that. Scott did a fantastic job helping me sell a coop. He was extremely diligent and took the time to explain each step of the process in depth. He also took care of any issues that came up along the way, such as helping me hire contractors to recondition the space and dealing with the building's management company. His communication is top notch. I believe Scott is very trustworthy and would highly recommend him.

I have already recommended Marianne and would do so again. She worked tirelessly for us with showings and open houses all week and every weekend that we were willing. She was aggressive in pricing from the get-go, much more so than the other agents we met with, and was even stronger in negotiating a sale price that we were satisfied with. She kept us informed at every step of the process and was extremely responsive via calls, texts and emails-- always within the hour. Also impressive was the way she set up the home for a huge amount of foot traffic from the beginning with fantastic pictures and marketing. We decided to sell our home when our baby was just a month old, which could have been a nightmare. Instead we were moving into our new house with the old house sold and gone before he was crawling.
