I have already recommended Marianne and would do so again. She worked tirelessly for us with showings and open houses all week and every weekend that we were willing. She was aggressive in pricing from the get-go, much more so than the other agents we met with, and was even stronger in negotiating a sale price that we were satisfied with. She kept us informed at every step of the process and was extremely responsive via calls, texts and emails-- always within the hour. Also impressive was the way she set up the home for a huge amount of foot traffic from the beginning with fantastic pictures and marketing. We decided to sell our home when our baby was just a month old, which could have been a nightmare. Instead we were moving into our new house with the old house sold and gone before he was crawling.

My wife and I will always be grateful to Marianne for her above-and-beyond commitment and excellent work in selling our house (and helping us buy a new one). She was ultra-responsive, typically responding within minutes, even if she was out to dinner. I trusted her completely to negotiate prices for both our sale and our purchase, and the results were outstanding. I would also give her five stars for her skills as a therapist, as she was always willing to talk my wife and I through the more stressful parts of the real estate process.
