I was selling my house in New Hyde Park. After researching real estate agents in Nassau County I contacted Grace Desiderio at Caputo Reality. We spoke, I sent her my info and she agreed to be my agent and help me. Unfortunately, I was unable to physically go to the house. So Grace stepped up and not only did her job incredibly well she also did all the things I was unable to do. She supervised getting the house ready for showings, negotiated with contractors, lawyers, buyers, and the town. She handled everything and everything she handled went incredibly well. Grace is amazing! She’s knowledgeable, professional, efficient, a pleasure to work with, and successful. The house was sold in record time. I was very lucky to have connected with Grace. In retrospect I think it was fate that brought us together and I’m so grateful it did. I don’t think I could have found a better agent.
