Where to start...I wish all my interactions with professionals were as smooth and pleasant as it was working with Steve. I was a first time seller and therefore had a lot of questions and concerns. Steve took care of EVERYTHING and fully explained each step as we went along. All I had to do was clean my house and hand him the keys. Steve did all of the marketing, planning and advertising...we had 120 people show up for the open house on a 30 degree day!!! In the end my house sold for well above asking and closed lightning fast. If you are selling and want the best possible outcome with NONE of the usual headaches....call Steve immediately! His knowledge and friendly/professional approach are worth their weight in gold.

Maryanne was a pleasure to work with as both a buyer and seller. She was able to get a listing up and running within 3 days including some incredible pictures of our home.
