The best in town
Maryanne was a pleasure to work with as both a buyer and seller. She was able to get a listing up and running within 3 days including some incredible pictures of our home. She came to our house prepared with comps in the area and gave us her opinion on listing price but ultimately said she would list it at whatever price we'd like. Since she is so knowledgeable and has extensive experience, we trusted her and sold our home after one open house and above asking price. We also wanted to make sure viewers would remove shoes when seeing our home and she made sure everyone came in either removed shoes or wore booties. Highly recommend Maryanne!
