She was always available when I needed her, while also giving me the space I needed to make informed decisions. She was extremely thorough in answering all of my questions and consistently provided up-to-date information as soon as it became available. JoAnn was transparent, professional and supportive throughout the entire process and she made me feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. I truly appreciated having her guidance and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

Dolores always presented herself in a very professional manner. My house in Florida was sold immediately. We were without a place to live. Dolores worked non stop to get us situated. Not an easy task. She viewed many houses until she found the right one. She certainly walked that extra mile as soon a house in my price range and expectations came on the market, she immediately would make an appointment to see the house, and video it so I could view it from Florida.
