Raymond went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. He showed us several different communities and options, always making sure we felt comfortable and informed with every decision. His patience, professionalism, and quick communication made the process smooth and stress free. We are so thankful he helped us find our forever home in St. Cloud!

My husband and I were beyond lucky to end up working with Pamela. We began looking at homes at the end of August and found a house 2 weeks later thanks to Pamela's support and guidance. She was able to guide us through the process from start to finish. She made sure we got the best deal possible in our contract and made sure we felt heard at every step. She was with us through every step of the way, from our first walk through, and our second. Pamela also made sure that we understood the inspection and our options with the inspector's finding. Pamela also worked very diligently with our loan officer to make sure they had everything we needed to move towards closing. It has been several months in our new home and we are so thankful for Pamela and everything she did. I would recommend her to everyone who ever needs to buy a home. She will be my first call if we ever find someone else looking to for a home.
