We spoke, I sent her my info and she agreed to be my agent and help me. Unfortunately, I was unable to physically go to the house. So Grace stepped up and not only did her job incredibly well she also did all the things I was unable to do. She supervised getting the house ready for showings, negotiated with contractors, lawyers, buyers, and the town. She handled everything and everything she handled went incredibly well. Grace was fantastic to work with from start to finish. She gave clear guidance on how to get the house ready for the market, how the overall process worked and was incredibly knowledgeable about resources and people we could use to make some minor fixes. Although we experienced a wide variety of obstacles along the way, Grace was always available to give guidance and support to overcome each hurdle as it popped up whether it was a buyer who changed their mind, an unexpected open permit, or required minor repair.
