Grace came highly recommended to me by my friend's mom who lives in the area. Grace was a true professional every step of the way not to mention very down to earth and she took the stress out of selling my mom's home for me and my brothers. We started by getting recommendations on what minor improvements we could make to prepare the house and very quickly after that we had the house on the market. Throughout the entire process Grace kept us in the loop on everything and was extremely reponsive to all our questions via text, zoom or phone. With over 24 years experience working in the area her knowledge proved to be invaluable. Grace gets the job done!!
