Carlos was very professional and kind. He was on top of the sale the entire step of the way. He knew market values and trends in the Ocala area. He applied pressure when needed to get positive results but not so much pressure as to turn people off from wanting to work with him. He was able to get the house under contract very quickly twice. He hung in there with me and my house because it was a struggle finding buyers that could finance the loan amount. He was able to come through for me and get me the price I was expecting. If you want a knowledgeable, professional and diligent relator then Carlos is your man.
