There are not enough great things that I could say about working with Rox-Ann. Rox-Ann helped me with connected with Zach for credit repair. She is connected to many different resources to help you get assistance with anything you need. All throughout the process Rox-Ann was a solid source of encouragement,support and guidance. She was always there and available to answer any questions that I had.She kept me will informed. Thanks to Rox-Ann I was able to purchase my first home and I could be happier! Rox-Ann listens to her clients, she understands the market and value of homes. In my experience looking at homes in the past 15 years, she is the first realtor that truly listened and was in-sync to what we wanted in a house. All the time we spent together we looked at homes that were exactly in the area of our interest, and this time we found a home in one weekend. Completely different experience than when looking at homes in the past with other realtors. Rox-Ann was always quick to respond, and she understood every step of the process with escrow. Because of her knowledge and responsiveness, it made the whole process easy to complete (even when there were little hiccups with the escrow service). We are so happy with the end result, our new home, and especially with Rox-Ann.

Full disclosure…I am “that” impossible client/customer that expects nothing but the best service since I am in the customer service industry. Admittedly, I may also be a tad too particular. I do not live in Ocala and I had a tall order of finding a house to buy, in a specific zip code and in one (1) weekend for my sister. In my intro call with Rox-Ann, she did not even flinch when I told her my expectations. She assured me that she would make it happen. To be honest, I was not very optimistic. Rox-Ann was very diligent in sending me listings prior to my arrival and as soon as I arrived, she had everything organized for us to start our search. When I found possibilities, she insisted that we keep on looking until I found “the one”. After our days ended, she went back home to work late into the night, sending me more listings for the next day. She was determined to meet my high expectations. As luck would have it, the very last house that I looked at before having to go back home was “the one”. Rox-Ann ensured that I had all of the information that I needed on the home even before I made it back home. I made an offer and after the inspection results, the seller was being very difficult about giving any repair credits or price reductions. Rox-Ann diligently and relentlessly negotiated on my behalf for almost 2 weeks and was finally able to get me a price reduction of almost $20,000.00. I was ready to give up, but she kept on fighting for me since she knew it was "the one" for me. Rox-Ann exceeded my expectations with her commitment, communication skills, and professionalism. Not only was she an excellent realtor, but she also took the time to truly understand my needs/situation and left me feeling as if I was a part of her cherished family of friends and not just another client. “Excellence is not a skill, it’s an attitude”. Rox-Ann’s positivity and attitude definitely excelled; bar none! I could not have been in any better hands for my purchase.

Rox-Ann was referred to us by another agent. She stepped in without hesitation to help in our search. She heard all of our likes and dislikes. Gave us houses to look at and build on our original like and dislike list. She was always available and quick to respond to our calls, texts and emails.

Rox-Ann was the greatest. Always available and goes way beyond her job duties to help in EVERY way. Couldn't ask for a better realtor and friend through this process.
