Joe is very professional and knowledgeable. He took the stress out of the sales process by explaining each part of the process to us and eliminating any surprises that sometimes appear. He's down to earth and takes care of everything from start to finish. Above all he is honest and direct with with his answers to questions and gives explanations for them.
