No other realtor has the heart that Carlos does. He has the uncanny ability to stay professional and calm when everyone else is losing their minds when things get hairy. He literally carried everyone, including our buyers and their lackluster agent, VA, title, inspectors, all the way through closing. He was determined to not let anything fall through the cracks; and when someone else did let that happen and it wasn’t even his job or responsibility, he picked up the pieces for everyone to get the job done. He’s amazing.

With each showing Carlos took notes on what our likes and dislike were on each of the houses and kept in mind that we wanted to be in the same neighborhood as my sister and niece in the Shores. When we first started looking to move to this area we were living out of town and Carlos was aware that we could only come down on the weekends due to my work schedule. He would send us the listings he felt would be of interest. We would look them over and send him a list of the listings we were interested in. He would make up a list from our choices, then spend the weekend showing us the houses we sent to him. He is very knowledgeable about the area and would give us advise on how to proceed with putting in an offer. He stuck with us for a year as we struggled with or original Realtor in Greenville, Fl while we tried to get our house there sold. Thankfully we were able to switch realtors there and we were able to get our house sold. Once we were here and could actively search more often, we were able to find the house we wanted, in the area we wanted. We truly knew Carlos had our best interests at heart. Through all the ups and downs, we went through with trying to get our house sold, relocating to Ocala and finally finding the house we wanted, Carlos made the experience positive and enjoyable. He was extra helpful with the negotiations in getting us into our new home and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor to either sell their place or to buy a place. With out him our experience would have been a lot different and much more of a hassle.
