Joe. I don’t even know where to begin with him. From my first phone call, I knew he was going to be the right fit to sell our home. The moment he stepped through our doors, it became 100% clear he was meant for it. Our first meeting, he must have stayed for 2+ hours, chatting about everything from the market in our area, how he started out to where he is now, all the way down to instantly kicking it off with our 2 year old daughter. From that moment on, the more and more we talked, texted - he became more than just our realtor. He knew the memories, the moments that this home held for us, which is why it became bittersweet I think for all of us at the end. He was so patient with my phone calls and texts at every hour of the day - sometimes literally every hour of the day. He called to check in every chance he got, and as soon as he got on the phone, Kennedy (our daughter) would recognize his voice and go “JOE JOE!!” I won’t ever forget when I was trying to wean her away from pacifiers and he knew the struggle all too well, that he stopped at Starbucks and got me cake pops to put where we “planted” her pacis for when she woke up from her nap. He went above and beyond every single expectation we had, and I will forever be grateful for him. We connected on a level that it was as if he just knew what was going on with me that he would reach out and ask if everything was ok, if I was ok, if I needed anything, any further explanation- anything. But never strayed from how professional he was at the same time. If I had met him any sooner, we probably wouldn’t have ended up selling our home because he would have become one of my best friends, we just were the same person, same instincts, same likes, same personality. Everything. He was the best thing to happen to us when making such a huge life decision and he handled it with such emotion, precision and all around care. This young man is very knowledgeable on every level of Real Estate: from land surveillance, perspective of how the property would sell better, how to list property highlighting the properties best qualities, and being creative in the overall process. I can’t recall the many sites my property was listed on! Countless! He is also an excellent photographer and used a drone for survey purposes and to give a vision of my former pristine lot. He is an absolute gentlemen. You can’t go wrong with Joe. If I have another property to sell in the future, he’s definitely my guy.

Our home hunting occurred during a very stressful time in our life. I looked forward to every meeting and showing with Joe. He took the time to ask the technical questions about property size and house requirements but more important than that he listened to our story and came to understand our family and who we were and what makes a home for us. Joe made us feel like we were his only clients. He coordinated viewings sometimes at a moments notice. He would always say "let me see what I can do, doesn't hurt to ask". We didn't always get in right away, but wow his turn around time was incredible. He was very keen to our senses. He knew when we knew a place wasn't right. We never felt rushed or pressured. He gave us plenty of time to sit in a home and feel its life. He always asked, "do you feel yourself living here", is this home speaking to you. I have to say the moment we walked up to view our now new home, it did speak to us. I knew it was waiting for us and Joe knew too. We made the offer that afternoon and Joe and his team took us all the way thru to closing. I trusted all the other members of his team and the inspectors he set up for us. They all had integrity and professionalism the entire journey. I consider Joe not only my relator but now a new friend. I would highly recommend Joe to any of my family, friends or co-workers without hesitation. He is Truly a Good Good person and Trusted Professional Realtor.
