Joe is very professional and knowledgeable. He took the stress out of the sales process by explaining each part of the process to us and eliminating any surprises that sometimes appear. He's down to earth and takes care of everything from start to finish. Above all he is honest and direct with with his answers to questions and gives explanations for them. I've heard tough stories from friends who sold their homes but with Joe our experience was very pleasant. We would highly recommend Joe to find your new home or sell your old one. My experience with TaMara York was absolutely amazing! She knows the market extremely well, her communication is amazing and her professionalism goes way above and beyond. I had to sell a house in Florida and I live in Ohio. I found her on the internet and she was completely honest with me right from the start. She took care of everything. I did not have to worry about anything at all. She returned every phone call immediately and had answers to all of my questions. She took care of everything that I needed done to the house and communicated with me daily on prices and timeframes. Beyond all of her knowledge and expertise in real estate she is an amazing person with a heart of gold! She sold the house immediately and found another house immediately in a completely different area that my daughter needed to be in.
